Merdenele.net is operated by Transylvania GeoPulse LTD and forms part of the Patiserii.net project. It helps communities discover local bakeries and products through factual information, photographs and moderated reviews. Contact us at contact@merdenele.net.

By using the platform you accept these terms. When you submit a nomination, review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it. Field contributors must be at least 18 years old.

Upload only photographs you took yourself or have permission to use. Avoid identifiable faces, children, name badges, documents, payment details and vehicle registration numbers. Do not copy photographs from Google Maps, social media or other websites without the rights holder’s permission.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, verify, format, publish and promote the contribution through Merdenele.net, Patiserii.net and the project’s associated channels. The licence ends when we permanently delete the content, except for temporary backups and legal obligations.

We may verify, correct obvious errors, delay, reject or remove a contribution to protect accuracy, safety and the community rules. Publication is not guaranteed. For explanations, corrections or appeals, email contact@merdenele.net.

A bakery may request a correction of factual information or claim its profile. Claiming a profile does not allow a business to buy a score or ranking position. Rankings follow the published methodology and include only profiles that reach the minimum threshold of approved reviews.

We take reasonable steps to provide useful, current information, but opening hours, prices, ingredients and product availability may change. Check important information directly, especially allergens. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict access or remove contributions in cases of abuse, fraud, manipulation or repeated breaches. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change; the current version and update date will appear on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer rights and any jurisdiction granted to you by applicable law remain unaffected.
